As a recruiter in sunny Barcelona, I can finally combine all professional fields. Although no longer above the clouds, more down-to-earth. Working with people, listening to their stories and filtering out how I can best help them on their personal path to where they have always dreamed of going. Just like I dreamed of going to Barcelona.
After my flying career, I had satisfied my wanderlust, at least for a short time. Though everyone around me knew: Benita will do it someday and move into the warmth. Many would like to think that at the age of 27 this is a rather late decision to leave familiar surroundings. But there couldn't have been a better time for me. I want to show my candidates, that also with a story like mine, there's never a "too late”, just a "listen to your heart". Because if you want, then really anything is possible. I am the blu experience.
Blu welcomed me with a warmth that leaves me speechless. And that's exactly what I want to pass on. Not the speechlessness part, but the warmth.
