About Michelle
Hi! My name is Michelle and I am from Sweden!
I moved to Barcelona all alone two years ago to follow my dream of learning Spanish. My intention was to stay here and study for 5 months, but as it got closer to the end of the semester I realized that I was not ready to leave yet, and maybe that I wouldn’t be ready for a while. I started volunteering at a Spanish NGO that works with helping vulnerable groups, especially immigrant women, to find a job or start a business and settle down here in Barcelona.
I really enjoyed it and after that, my career in recruitment began, and a year later I am now starting at Blu, which I am super excited for!
