Account Executive - UK Market

Job description

Location & Work Model: London, fully onsite + an initial onboarding period in Vienna

The Project: Scaling AI Voice Assistants across the UK market

The Project

Imagine a world where small and medium businesses never miss a customer call again. No more busy signals, no more unanswered inquiries. Our client has built a human-like AI voice assistant that handles customer support, books appointments, and qualifies leads 24/7.

With fresh multi-million euro funding in the bank, they are scaling at warp speed. Their central marketing team handles the heavy lifting for lead generation and pipeline setup, so your focus is entirely on stepping into the ring, running high-quality demos, and winning the market.

The Role & Your Impact

As an Account Executive, you won't be bogged down by slow corporate processes. You will be engaging directly with interested leads and driving revenue.

  • Own the Close: You’ll be running a high volume of daily product demos to Spanish SMEs and service businesses. It’s high energy, fast-paced, and highly rewarding.

  • Convert the Pipeline: Work with a mix of warm inbound leads and users who have already tested the product, guiding them smoothly from a demo to a closed deal.

  • Master Short-Cycle Sales: You'll be focusing on high-volume, quick-turnover deals where you can see the results of your work instantly.

  • Revenue Driver: You’ll be filling your calendar with discovery calls shortly after onboarding and hitting a steady rhythm with your revenue targets as you settle into the role.

What You Should Bring

Our client values attitude, resilience, and commercial drive over fancy degrees or long corporate backgrounds.

  • Experience: 3+ of sales experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or high-volume commercial environments (like B2B services, tourism, or transactional sales).

  • Languages: Native-level English is a must.

  • The Vibe: You have a growth mindset. You are ambitious, highly motivated by hitting targets, and resilient when facing objections.

  • Execution Mindset: You prefer building and iterating in real-time over getting stuck in endless "planning about planning" meetings.

  • Product Familiarity: You aren't afraid of tech. You easily grasp how simple software integrations work (like APIs and CRM syncing) and can explain them simply to customers.

What’s In It For You?

  • Uncapped Upside: Your earning potential matches your effort, the commission structures are completely uncapped.

  • Great Vibes & Perks: They are a young, ambitious team. Expect a high-energy startup atmosphere, and office perks.

  • The Vienna Integration: Spend your first few weeks training at their headquarters in Vienna to absorb the product DNA and bond with the international team before returning to London.
