We are looking for you!Your responsibilities and impact working as a Billing & Compliance Specialist will be:
- Creating, checking & processing invoices into their accounting system
- Timely sending of invoices during the month
- Guiding the Front Office through the Billing & Revenue Recognition processes
- Performing internal audit
- Cleaning client’s master data
- Identifying and solving inconsistencies in the Revenue
- Managing monthly deadlines & providing good reporting to their internal teams
- Following the Group policy train/support the front office on the application of these policies and rules
- Managing credit note analysis on monthly basis
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Fluent in German and English (any other language is a plus)
- Degree in Administration or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong ability to work under pressure and good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work as a team
