Business Development Representative | UK & Ireland

Job description

We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-paced, outbound-driven sales team focused on acquiring SMB customers across the UK & Ireland. This role is heavily focused on cold outreach and is designed for someone who thrives in high-volume activity environments.

The Company & The Project

Our client is an innovative SaaS company shaking up the SMB space (targeting companies with 100–500 employees) across the UK & Ireland. This is a pure, high-velocity outbound sales machine. There’s no waiting around for inbound leads - you are the driver of your own success, introducing a game-changing solution to a fast-moving and highly competitive market.

The Role & Its Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) across the UK & Ireland SMB market
  • Identify and engage SMB decision-makers in target accounts (100–500 employees)
  • Book qualified sales meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain disciplined daily activity levels across outreach channels
  • Continuously improve messaging through coaching and feedback loops
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate activity and pipeline data

What You Should Bring (The Profile)

  • Highly driven and eager to improve quickly
  • Motivated, resilient, and tenacious, especially in the face of rejection
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high outbound activity
  • Strong communicator with fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Ideally coming from a high-velocity SMB sales environment (rather than long-cycle enterprise sales)
  • Early in their career or recently graduated, with strong drive and ambition
  • Competitive by nature, often with backgrounds in sports, team competition, or high-performance environments

What’s in it for You?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performance outbound sales environment where effort and execution directly translate into results. You will receive structured coaching, rapid feedback cycles, and clear expectations in a performance-driven culture across two of Europe’s most dynamic SMB markets: the UK and Ireland.
