Your Responsibilities and Impact as a Credit Management & Litigation Specialist:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in:
- Managing credit risk within your designated region/scope by ensuring comprehensive client data, assessing risk based on external and internal information, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Evaluating the credit risk for both new and existing customers by analyzing external factors, including scoring, ratios, profit and loss (P&L), and balance sheet data, alongside internal data and information.
- Ensuring compliance with the Credit Policy, collaborating closely with global support teams and internal stakeholders to implement necessary actions.
- Overseeing litigation cases at various stages, from pre-litigation review to court proceedings, including strategizing internal approaches, recommending settlements, and managing external partnerships.
Skills, Qualifications, and Interests You Need to Succeed in This Role:
To excel as our Credit Management & Litigation Specialist, you should possess:
- Full professional proficiency English; additional languages like German, French, Dutch, or Italian are highly advantageous.
- A degree in Economy/Business Admin/Finance.
- Previous experience in Credit Management, Litigation, or BtoB Collections.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of financial analysis, and the ability to navigate the Order-to-Cash process and European legal landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactivity, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
- Flexibility and a high level of numeracy with the ability to meet tight deadlines in line with set KPIs/SLAs.
