Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Representative will be:
- Acting as a mediator between the consumer and the clinic to address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Effectively addressing patient inquiries by delivering unbiased, precise, non-promotional, and non-medical information.
- Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our client´s quality standards.
- Coordinating an onboarding process for interested customers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become a valued client.
- Native level of German with a fluent level of English and Spanish (at least C1)
- Already based in Barcelona or the metropolitan area
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Being able to quickly understand customers´ needs and deal with their emotions
- Having a well-organized and structured way of working
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment
- Data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience working in the medical (aesthetics) would be a plus
- Previous experience working with Zendesk and Salesforce would be a plus
