We are currently looking for an FP&A Senior Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of finance. You will be working for a multinational company leading their sector and driving growth in the market of SSC. Your responsibilities and impact as a FP&A Senior Analyst (English Speaking) will be: Responsible for the financial planning process within the Ops Area.
  • Supporting the development and improvement of the Group FP&A strategy
  • Business Partnering: Building strong and impactful relationships with stakeholders in operations & Finance Business Partners
  • Conducting Financial and Operational Analysis to grow the business
  • Preparing and present Business cases to senior stakeholders: offer insights & provide ad-hoc analysis to influence/facilitate decisions
  • Be a part of the regional or group wide projects, as appropriate
  • Identifying process improvements and valuable opportunities
  • Standard Analysis: monthly closing and quarterly reporting
  • Owner of the Budget/Forecast process (Ops streams)
  • Deviation Analysis: Actuals vs Budget/Forecast Variances (Ops streams)
  • Bonus pool monitoring
  • Performing UATs to ensure enhancing data consistency and reports

  • 5+ years of experience in a FP&A department (multinational business)
  • 3 years + professional experience in a large, complex global organisation
  • Strong Excel, Power Point and financial modelling skills
  • PowerBI experience would be beneficial
