From Senior Recruitment Consultant to Talent Lead

The Blu Team is expanding. We have a new office, a new partner, a new website, more efficient systems, a booming market and most importantly an 'amaziiiing' international team of junior and senior consultants. But in all this new and old good... we are missing our Talent Lead. 

Yes, we are a recruitment company. (After reading this sentence, there are probably 2/3 of the candidates we wanted to attract who left us there. For the ones who are still there, happy to see that you still believe in a life in recruitment): We also believe that we are offering an environment that is by far different. 

With a unique mix of backgrounds and nationalities, we have a team that gets together with the same vision. 
We don't create transactions, we deliver a service. Our energy comes in making a difference in our candidates' experience.
We get overloaded and frustrated at times but eventually, we have the fun.

Along with our international market, we are booming and are looking for a future manager who wants to join our journey. What's the job?

- Manage, develop and expand your team.
- Rock your own recruitment processes.
- Support and coach the Blu team with rocking theirs! Yes, we would like you to drive the Blu team in managing Top Quality recruiting processes.
- Onboard new clients - however, no active BD is required.
- Participation in the development and projects of Blu

The rest is up to you and your development - Develop a new business unit maybe? Other projects? New processes? Etc.

You are the one we are looking for

-  2-3 years of experience in recruitment in an agency environment
- Affinity and willingness to develop into a leadership & management role - no formal previous experience needed, our Operations Manager will get you there
- Having the skills and interest for growing as a recruitment advisor and trainer for the team
- Business acumen to help us make Blu a success in its next steps
- Stability in Barcelona - yes we want you for a couple of years
- Proficiency in English - it is our day to day language in the team
- International experience - same as our candidates and team
- Energy, positive mindset and full of ideas
