Your responsibilities and impact working as an Internal Communication Coordinator will be:

• Ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
• Ensuring internal communications messages are consistent and engaging across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
• Writing inspiring and engaging content for an internal audience to support company-wide initiatives and messages
• Monitoring key metrics and reporting back on performance
• Building and managing positive relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders
• collaborating with our internal designers to create engaging content pieces 

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have a fluent level of English
• You have between 1-3 years of experience in International Internal/Corporate Communication
• You have experience with enterprise social networks, preferably Yammer by Microsoft
• You are able to communicate complex messages in a simple language
• You are able to work under deadlines and pressure
• You have a creative mindset
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player
