Your responsibilities as an IT Administrator will be: 

  • Providing support to business presence
  • Managing and effectively dealing with support and administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent Customer Service by maintaining regular communication with users and providing updates proactively if required
  • Respecting deadline for projects and assigned tasks 
  • Proactively dealing with other Business Technology teams, providers, stakeholders when required 
  • Providing regular visibility to the Management
  • Taking initiative by proposing improvements, workarounds, solutions 
  • Ensuring the correct application of internal processes for each country 
  • Enabling teamwork by collaborating with your colleagues across the IT department 

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You are fluent in English 
  • You have MS Office package knowledge: outlook, excel, word…
  • You are curious in the IT world and want to learn and grow in the technological environment
  • You preferably have basic IT knowledge (e.g. Active Directory)
  • You are organized, methodical, detail oriented and flexible according to business need 
  • You thrive off working as part of a team 
  • You have excellent time management
  • You are able to handle demanding customers in a pressurized environment  
  • You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude 
  • You are able to communicate technical issues to non-specialist audiences
