Our client is a global staffing organisation providing specialist recruitment services. For their team in Barcelona, they are recruiting a Junior Sales Recruitment Consultant.

They are looking for a driven candidate with strong business acumen and sales attitude to work on the IT Contractor market.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Junior Sales Recruitment Consultant will be:
This is a 360 recruitment role, which combines client acquisition and recruitment. You are in charge of delivering recruitment services – full-process recruitment of IT profiles.

Most aspects of the role include:
- Establish and develop partnerships with new and / or existing clients
- Analyze the market and identify new trends
- Nurture the candidate database using different sources and create your own candidate network
- Hunt for and qualify candidates by phone or face-to-face
- Negotiate contract conditions and act as a mediator between your clients and candidates
- Take ownership on the contractual process
- Comply with monthly KPIs
- Building and developing a strong client base

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You have a native or up-to-native level of Spanish and Catalan, with an advanced level of English
- You have a first experience in Sales, hunting for new clients (including cold-calling)
- You are target-oriented and you continuously challenge yourself
- You are a self-starter with a strong drive
- You are a proactive and hard worker with the extra-mile mentality
- You have a professional, high-quality and committed attitude what you undertake
