Your responsibilities working as an Operations Director will be: 
  • Coordinating the budgetary, human and technological means at its disposal to implement implements effective commercial orientations that guarantee customer satisfaction 
  • Guarantor of the achievement of the Gross Margin result of the Customer Account
  • Organizing and managing the work of the teams he supervises (Operational Activity Manager, supervisors, Quality Manager, Training Manager) by applying the processes defined with customers and business best practices
  • Establishing the reporting of its activity: monitoring of established performance indicators and analysis
    of the results obtained.
  • Guaranteeing the deployment of the Client's projects on the set
  • Continuous improvement of the center's productivity: quality of interviews, achievement of objectives, satisfaction surveys
  • Technological watch on the evolution of the center's equipment, documentation on the customer expectations and monitoring of the center's operational risks / Good command of the tools telephone
  • Team management at the heart of his concerns in order to guarantee a good social climate within the center
  • Being able to manage disputes, integrate and evaluate employees

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You ideally have fluency in Spanish, English and French
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Director of a BPO/ call center 
  • You have a very good relational, commercial sense and sense of the customer 
  • You have perfect control of quality processes
  • You are autonomous and endowed with good leadership
  • You are rigorous and able to question yourself
