Join a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup transforming customer communication through AI-powered voice technology. As one of the early commercial hires for the Polish market, you will play an important role in building pipeline and supporting the company’s expansion in Poland while working closely with the local sales team, founders, and HQ in Vienna.

 

This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on role where you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and generating new business opportunities in a fast-scaling environment. You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy.

 

As an early member of the Polish team, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to market growth while developing your career in one of Europe’s fast-growing AI SaaS companies.

Your responsibilities and impact as an SDR will be:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential SMB customers in the Polish market
  • Generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling demos for the Account Executive team
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Understanding customer pain points and communicating the value of the platform
  • Working closely with Account Executives and founders to improve outreach and messaging strategies
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and activity tracking
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams on lead generation initiatives
  • Sharing market insights and prospect feedback with the wider team

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Native-level Polish and strong English communication skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with high energy and motivation to succeed in sales
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and high activity levels
  • Resilient, proactive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, and technology-driven products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Organized, coachable, and eager to learn
