We build teams and kickstart careers. Right now, we are looking for an ambitious intern to step into our world, absorb our knowledge, and become a true recruitment rockstar.

And your role in this? 

As our 360° Recruitment Intern, you will plunge straight into the heart of the action. Your main objective is to learn how to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from scratch, while simultaneously dipping your toes into the world of international business development.

More specifically, you will:

• Own the hunt: Source, screen, and interview international candidates, learning how to spot top talent from a mile away.

• Master the pitch: Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the interview process with our clients.

• Plant the seeds: Learn the first crucial steps of business development by conducting smart lead generation and prospect research to find our next big client partners.

• Keep it sharp: Maintain accurate data in our systems because a clean database is a happy database.

Ok, what should you bring? 

We don't expect you to know everything on day one; that’s what the internship is for! We are looking for a Curious Connector who brings the following to the table:

Must-haves:

• A true professional level of English (you'll be using it daily with Candidates, the Team and Clients).

• A genuinely communicative, empathetic, and resilient personality.

• The drive to learn how to work autonomously and take ownership of your tasks.

• A valid internship agreement through your university.

Nice-to-haves:

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly appreciated to help us crush it in these markets!

• A previous taste of sales, customer service, or HR.

• An international background or experience living abroad.
