Remote Partnerships Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Partnerships Manager will be:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector to promote our interoperability solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in healthcare organizations.
  • Understand clients' needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their interoperability requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, our products, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.


Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or health IT.
  • Experience as a business developer/market access in healthcare companies with a focus of system integration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and challenges.
  • Native level of Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
