About Blu & The Opportunity
At Blu, we partner with high-growth companies to build and scale international teams. We are currently delivering an RPO project for one of our key clients, an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator launching a new flagship hub in São Paulo, Brazil.
We are looking for an energetic freelance recruiter/sourcer to join the Blu RPO delivery team and support the client’s expansion into Brazil.
In this role, you will take ownership of the Brazilian market and the build-out of the São Paulo team, working closely with Blu and the client throughout the recruitment process. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, helping establish a new local operation and building the team that will drive its growth.
Your focus will be identifying, engaging, screening, and pipelining strong Brazilian talent across a range of functions, including Sales, Operations, Partnerships, Customer Success, and other key commercial and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Brazilian Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map the Brazilian talent market to identify high-performing professionals across Sales, Operations, Partnerships, Customer Success, and other business-critical functions. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for the São Paulo hub.
- Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching both active and passive candidates. Conduct engaging preliminary screens, assessing professional experience, motivation, performance, cultural fit, and alignment with the client’s growth plans.
- End-to-End RPO Recruitment Support: Take ownership of your assigned vacancies throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing and initial screening through to candidate presentation and coordination with the wider recruitment team.
- Building the São Paulo Team: Support the recruitment of multiple functions and levels as the new hub is established, adapting your sourcing and recruitment strategy as hiring priorities evolve.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity: Work closely with Blu’s lead recruiters and relevant client stakeholders to deliver curated candidate shortlists, maintain strong candidate engagement, and keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
- Market Insights & RPO Collaboration: Participate in regular Blu RPO project syncs, sharing Brazilian market insights, candidate feedback, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies to continuously improve the recruitment approach.
What You Should Bring

- Native or C1/C2 Brazilian Portuguese alongside full professional English.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian talent market and hiring landscape.
