WHAT’S THE PROJECT?
The project is to lead the commercial evolution of a major software player as it shifts toward a global SaaS-first powerhouse. We are moving from traditional models to a future built on recurring revenue, high-level scalability, and customer-centricity.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS?
You aren't just a sales manager; you are a strategic partner to leadership and a driver of organizational change.
Own the Commercial Strategy: Define and execute a global roadmap aligned with high-level business goals.
Build an Elite Team: Structure and lead high-performing squads across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success.
Master of Metrics: Establish and monitor the pulse of the business through ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and pipeline conversion.
Architect of Processes: Implement the methodologies and tools (CRM, forecasting) that make our growth sustainable.
Cross-Functional Play: Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure a unified and aggressive Go-To-Market approach.
Strategic Closer: Negotiate complex deals and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
OK, WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Elite Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
10 Years of Impact: Proven leadership experience in commercial roles, specifically within SaaS environments.
Transformation Expert: You have a track record of successfully pivoting organizations toward SaaS models.
Metric-Driven Mindset: Deep expertise in SaaS performance frameworks and CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Change Leader: High adaptability and the resilience to lead teams through structural transformations.
Influencer: Excellent communication skills to align executive leadership with front-line execution.
