Our client, a cutting-edge application that supports freelancers and start-ups, is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager fluent in both Italian and French to lead their expansion team for the Italian market. This team is dedicated to enhancing the product market fit in Italy, their first international venture, responding to unique user needs and expectations in the administrative and accounting space.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior Product Manager will be:

  • Harmonizing the team´s efforts to deliver compelling product features to clients
  • Lead go-to-market strategies that generate excitement and drive user adoption
  • Utilize data to fine-tune products, optimizing performance and enhancing user experience
  • Keep teams and leadership aligned through clear communication and regular updates
  • Play a pivotal role in expanding the product line extension, focusing on Italy's unique market dynamics
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment
  • At least a C1 level in both French and English
  • Proven record of launching a new service or product in a new market and driving successful product adoption
  • Understanding both (market) discovery and delivery phases, with a focus on Lean principles
  • Understanding of Tech tools, and working in a Data & IT environment
  • Experience working with: Jira, Amplitude, (testing) APIs. Ability to read code is a big plus
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic, with a keen sense of analytics
