AND WHAT’S MY ROLE IN THIS ?
As a Talent Partner, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a wide variety of business functions and become a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout Europe.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations & Support, and Finance roles.

Designing innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates across multiple channels.

Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, motivation, and cultural alignment.

Partnering closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, build shortlists, manage offers, and support onboarding plans.

Acting as a true ambassador of the company by communicating its vision, culture, and opportunities to candidates.

Managing recruitment pipelines, ATS data, and hiring metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Building strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions to promote internships and graduate programs.

Representing the company during career fairs, campus events, and virtual employer branding initiatives.
OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED ?
Hard skills
We're looking for someone who combines recruitment expertise with a proactive and business-oriented mindset.

Fluent Italian and Spanish language skills.

Min 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained within an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.

Proven experience recruiting for Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.

Experience recruiting Engineering and Operations profiles is a strong advantage.

Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to build creative recruitment strategies.

Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

Exposure to recruitment analytics, reporting, and data-driven hiring approaches.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a dynamic international environment.
