Your responsibilities and impact working as an Transport Operations Specialist will be:
- Support a portfolio of clients by coordinating and executing air, sea, road, and rail transportation according to their requirements
- Organize and manage the logistics of global transport operations
- Proactively advise clients on different options, providing expert guidance and recommendations
- Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and refinement of operational strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

- You are native in Italian and fluent in English
- You have between 6 months or 1 year of experience in a related role
- You are a problem solver
