    Location & Work Model: Barcelona base, with the 6 first months in Madrid Project Highlight: Scaling a European SaaS Leader. Imagine a software that acts as the "brain" for companies that keep the world running, such as fire safety, security systems, and industrial maintenance. Our client is the #1 Pan-European provider of Field Service Management (FSM) software. After dominating the Nordics, UK, and Germany, they’ve recently landed in Spain and are ready to go big. They aren't just looking for a Manager; they are looking for a Business Builder. You will start by mastering their specialized Spanish product and then spearhead the creation of a brand-new Pan-European Sales Hub in Barcelona. The Role & Its Responsibilities  You’ll wear two hats: the Closer and the Coach. Your mission is simple: grow the revenue and grow the humans. Phase 1: The Master (First 6 months): You’ll dive deep into the Madrid office to learn the product inside out, hitting your own sales targets and proving the model. Phase 2: The Architect: You’ll lead the setup of the new sales hub in Barcelona: recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a high-performing team of Sales Executives. The Daily Hustle: * Pipeline Perfection: Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery to "Where do I sign?". Data-Driven Coaching: Review calls, analyze KPIs (ARR, talk time, conversion rates), and turn your team into sales ninjas. Strategy & Feedback: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to make sure the software stays ahead of the competition. Your Profile:  We're looking for a leader who leads from the front. The "Must-Haves": Experience: 2-3 years managing B2B SaaS sales teams + 3-5 years as a high-performing individual contributor. People Management: You’ve successfully hired and trained sales talent before. Methodological: You know your way around BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC like the back of your hand. Linguistic Skills: Spanish native level and a professional English level  The "Nice-to-Haves": Experience in the Fire & Security or Industrial Services sector.     Hybrid Flex: 3 days in Alcalá de Henares, 2 days remote (Thursday & Friday). High-Value: Own €100k+ ARR account portfolios. Salary: €35k base + 25% performance bonus. The Client The client is a dynamic, scaling tech leader based in the historic city of Alcalá de Henares. Known for an innovative approach to cloud-based solutions, they foster a feedback-rich, "team-first" culture. The Role & Responsibilities As a Senior CSM, you act as the strategic advisor and primary expert for your portfolio. Reporting to the Managing Director of Product, the role focuses on driving both retention and organic growth. Account Ownership: Proactively managing high-value accounts to ensure long-term stability. Driving Adoption: Leading training and troubleshooting sessions to unlock the platform’s full potential for every user. Growth Identification: Analyzing account health to trigger upsells, referrals, and expansion opportunities. Feedback Loop: Partnering with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to turn client pain points into product features. KPI Management: Maintaining HubSpot accuracy and hitting Net Retention Rate (NRR) and NPS targets. Requirements The ideal profile is an empathetic yet assertive communicator who can navigate complex professional relationships. Experience: 3 years in B2B Customer Success in the SaaS industry, specifically managing accounts of €100k+ ARR. Sales Instinct: A proven track record of identifying expansion opportunities (licenses, storage, etc.). Tech Savvy: Professional experience with HubSpot (or similar CRMs), pipeline management, and automations. Languages: Native-level Spanish and Professional-level English are mandatory.
