Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure they are properly resolved. Being a team player and contributing to the team's and the project's success. Skills and qualifications needed to succeed in this position: Native-level of German and at least a B2-level of English. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create. Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.
