My name is Veronika, I am Luxembourgish and Polish, born in tiny pretty Luxembourg I was immediately surrounded by a multilingual culture which blessed me to be fluent in 5 languages. Straight after graduating I started to chase the sun and kicked off my expat experience in Sydney, Australia and continued it in France, South Africa and Mexico! While chasing the sun I graduated in Sociology and decided to pursue a second degree in International Business Engineering.


Currently finishing the degree, Blu Selection seems to be the perfect environment to get rolling in a professional career. I am more than thrilled to embark on the journey with Blu and continue my expat life in beautiful sunny Barcelona!

If you're passionate about driving business growth and making a difference, let's get in touch!   Your responsibilities and impact working as a Business Developer will be:  Identifying, negotiating, and cultivating new business prospects within the company’s industry portfolio. Effectively managing the company's current portfolio by visiting clients frequently, monitoring sales and taking ownership of P&L management. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service. Collaborate with the marketing team to define, develop, and execute growth goals for short, medium, and long term, aligned with the company´s general strategy  Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Proficiency in English (and B2-level proficiency in Spanish is a plus.)  Minimum of +2 years experience in BtoB sales. Availability to travel on a frequent basis  Strong planning abilities that enable you to strategically approach tasks, ensuring optimal outcomes and efficient resource utilization. A process-oriented approach to tasks, displaying an inclination for structured and organized workflows. An eye for detail that ensures precision and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Highly self-motivated, autonomous, and independent working capabilities   Prior nutrition industry knowledge is a plus What's in it for you?
