Your responsibilities and impact as an Account Manager will be:
 
- Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools.
- Be responsible for partner pipeline management, identifying new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deal rate.
- Responsible for a portfolio of partners and to develop their business sell out, growth and margin, based on the Strategy.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the partner market and the competition (through tools and reports made available as well as reviews with reseller). Determine if or not resellers are interested in BU solutions.
- Define the BU's target resellers. Identify gaps and define activities to close gaps based on share of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, and identify gaps and establish actions to close gaps. Grow BU with a partner by working together on a plan.
- Co-develop partner business plans, provide guidance on HP certification training.
- May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.

Skills, qualifictaions and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- A native level of Norwegian and an advanced level of English
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred
- You have experience in working in channel environment (experience in working with partners/distributors a plus)
- You have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
- You have an outstanding ability to organize, work together with a Team and prioritize your responsibilities
- Ability to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
- You are familiar with sales CRMs and Microsoft office

- Regular schedule: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros gross/year
