Your responsibilities and impact as a Backoffice Agent for Salt in Lisbon will be:

– Maintaining the core business

– Responsible for administrative and organizational activities 

– Bookkeeping, answering calls and coordination between different departments

– Input and maintenance of customer databases

– Expert customer service

– Support for customers in the German market

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

– Speak a native level of German and at least a B1 level in English
