Business Developer (English proficient)

They became one of the biggest international customer experience solution providers with more than 75.000 multilingual employees in over 50 countries around the world and they are looking for new members to join them in their journey in their Barcelona hub.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Business Developer will be:

- Prospect and generate leads/opportunities through outbound (cold) calling with small and medium businesses within EMEA region
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
- Identify client needs and clearly articulate solutions & value into meaningful conversations with targeted prospects
- Qualify opportunities and handle objections
- Handover opportunities to sales teams for negotiations
- Set up meetings/appointment with potential clients and sales teams
- Profile Companies and create a more detailed portraits that includes company overview, contacts, and stakeholder map
- Use Online Platforms such as company’s web site, LinkedIn, google, etc to find company information
- Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads and pipeline creation
- Research and build new and existing accounts

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- Proficient level of English
- EU citizenship or already holding the work permit for Spain
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral 
- Previous experience in outbound sales / cold calling is a must
- Affinity for the IT industry
- Positive attitude and target-oriented
- Eager to learn and further develop
- Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
