Your responsibilities and impact working as Global People Data and HR Solutions Senior Manager:
- Leading the Global HR Solutions department and the four sub teams
- Acting as the Global Product Owner for People Data Analytics
- Engaging with Senior Stakeholders on a global level
- Overseeing and controlling the process of HR data gathering, maintaining, and reporting
- Ensuring the overall strategy and goals are followed up on
- Identifying and understanding your team´s capacity, ad hoc activities and longterm projects
- Experience managing teams in People Analytics
- Strong skills in people management and experience working in a fastpaced environment
- Strong experience in managing stakeholders on a global level
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Experience transitioning to an HRIS is a plus
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite and curiosity in IT systems such as Power BI
