Your responsibilities and impact as a Finance Manager will be:

• Define and supervise the plant's industrial management control policies, leading the workshop's finance team
• Analyze the performance of the workshop, coordinating the definition of objectives and their follow-up
• Coordinate the workshop's budget process with all departments and carry out budget control, analyzing the deviations produced and proposing corrective actions
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual final closings of the workshop
• Participate in the analysis of the income statement and monthly and annual margin

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You are fluent in Spanish and English, French will be a big plus (Willingness to learn the language)
• You have 7 years of experience as an industrial controller 
• You have experience in team management
• You have experience with workshops/ateliers
• You have been working in an international/multinational company
• You have strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI and Office
• You are proactive and innovative
• You have excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
