Paris, here we come! Along with a successful and growing recruitment team in Barcelona, we decided to open up our international recruitment activities in Paris to get closer to our Northern Europe opportunities. Same Blu concept, different cities.

To join this new project, we are looking for an international and experienced 360· recruitment consultant. With your Manager – as international as you - you will be responsible to keep growing our business in Northern Europe.

Your Responsibilities as an International Senior Recruitment Consultant:
•    Analyse the market and identify opportunities of development
•    Establish, develop and manage partnerships with clients
•    Negotiate contract conditions and act as an advisor between your clients and candidates
•    Hunt for and qualify for candidates
•    Grow the candidate database and develop your own network
•    Ad-hoc projects

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
•    International background is a MUST. Fluency in English + native level of German or one of the Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish)
•    Previous experience in a 360· recruitment role 
•    Strong business development abilities and energy
•    Quality and service oriented
•    Ability to work independently
