Your responsibilities and impact as an IT Profiles Headhunter will be:

In this role, you will be a vital team member of the Resourcing IT Recruitment Team for the Swiss market. You will proactively attract and source candidates and being based in the Shared Service Center in Barcelona. Your responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates in the IT field for the Swiss market
• Using a range of methods that you already know to find the right candidates and learn more of them
• Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment
• Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System
• Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• You have an up-to-native level of French and you are fluent in English
• You have ideally a Degree in a related field
• You have 6-12 months of experience in a dynamic environment
• You have a proven track record of high-quality recruitment in an international environment
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You are a result-focused and driven individual who takes pride in a high-quality of work
• You are proactive, organized and a strong team player with high-level of flexibility
