WHAT’S YOUR ROLE IN THIS ?

You’ll be at the heart of the company’s growth in Spain — designing and executing the marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, while leading multichannel lead generation campaigns and self-service marketing initiatives.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, effective targeting, and a seamless connection between marketing and sales.

Your goal: bring high-quality leads to the sales team, optimize conversion funnels, and contribute to overall revenue growth.

MORE PRECISELY, YOU WILL

  • Design and execute the marketing strategy in Spain, aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead integrated campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Develop and optimize marketing flows that convert users directly through the platform.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads.
  • Create and monitor campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Analyze competitors and identify market opportunities to propose new growth actions.
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates).
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure brand coherence and strategic alignment.

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED ? 

  • +5 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or growth roles within tech/SaaS (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record in demand generation, inbound, and self-service marketing (product-led growth experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, SEO/SEM, and digital analytics.
  • Experience in content marketing and marketing automation strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Ability to optimize content for AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to improve visibility and assistant-based search performance.
