O2C Administrator (French speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as O2C Administrator will be: 

• Dealing with adjusted invoicing processes 

• Handling incoming billing requests  

• Providing customers with guidance regarding the Purchase Order System 

• Managing selfself-billing-related tasks (checking whether accounts are administered correctly) 

• Assisting the O2C department with other financial tasks 

Skills, qualifications and tasksinterests you need to succeed in this role: 

• Fluent French and English speaker.

• Previous Customer Service / Administration / Accounting experiences would be appreciated 

• Excellent communication skills 

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Ability to maintain connections with stakeholders 

• Dynamic personality including having a methodical work approach 

• Being able to work sufficiently in a team
