For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Recruiting Consultant with a native level of German.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Recruitment Consultant will be:
– Sourcing and recruiting proactively candidates for the German market
– Using a range of methods that you already know to find the right candidates and learn more of them
– Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment
– Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System
– Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
– You have an up to native level of German and you are fluent in English
– You have ideally a Degree in related field
– You have a first recruitment experience in a dynamic environment
– You have a proven track record of high-quality recruitment in an international environment
– You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– You are a result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work
– You are proactive, organized and a strong team player with high level of flexibility
