Recruitment Manager - Interim Management Business Unit

Have you made your time in a recruitment agency and feel it is the right moment for you to go for an entrepreneurial experience? Use this knowledge and portfolio you have built over the years to drive a business unit on your own?

Our client, a start-up of approx 20 people currently specializing in permanent recruitment, is looking for a self-starter experienced recruitment consultant to develop a new Business Unit in Interim Management in the Belgian market.

You will be expected to develop the Interim Management business of the company from scratch.

You will select, train and manage a team of recruitment consultants & sourcers (remotely).

You will bring interim management recruitment knowledge into the company.

The company will bring the structure needed around for you to focus on the development of the new business unit, the recruitment delivery, and your team.

The role is to be based in Belgium, but with the possibility to travel to Barcelona frequently where the company has an office.
