Your responsibilities and impact as Recruitment Team Lead will be:
  • Manage by example by rocking your own recruitment processes and client's relations
  • Select and manage your team in their daily activities
  • Train, coach and develop your people in their careers
  • Motivate and think outside the box to grow your people and business line
  • Work with other teams of Blu to keep up to date with the market and improve recruitment processes and strategies
  • Develop and manage relations with key accounts of your team
  • Initiate projects to develop your business line and Blu further
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • A min. of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (in agency or consulting is a big +) with success track record
  • Experience in managing a team 
  • Strong motivator with high level of empathy
  • Self-starter, energy and willingness to bring ideas and take initiatives
  • Previous international experience in a must
  • Excellent level of English
