Talent Development Specialist - 6 months (English Speaker)

Your responsibilities as a Talent Development Specialist will be: 
  • Owning the administration, coordination and planning process for the internal soft-skill learning offer
  • Managing the Global Business Solutions Onboarding Programme for the EU Population which includes; training facilitation, analyzing training progress, communication with people managers and new joiners, increasing engagement levels, and closely collaborating with the Global Coordination Team to ensure consistency in the pace and quality of the Programme
  • Facilitating internal soft-skill learning offer both presential and virtually
  • Supporting in running regular learning needs analyses to ensure training effectiveness and consistency with the development needs of all employees
  • Providing regular updates through training feedback and observations to the training contents to ensure consistent quality and continuous improvement in the learning offer
  • Supporting in designing and implementing adapted learning solutions aligned to business requirements, ensuring priorities are met in terms of content and group target
  • Ensuring all learning design and facilitation is aligned to create a unified vision, values, and principles that underpin our commitment to internal development and its digitalization of it

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have a degree in business administration or similar field
  • You have professional proficiency in English
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in facilitating soft-skill content in a multicultural environment, preferably in a Shared Services Center, with exposure to Business Solutions employees
  • You have experience working with a Learning Management System will be a plus
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized and proactive, pragmatic and able to anticipate and tackle action where needed
  • You are able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues, with high levels of credibility
  • You are able to adapt to local culture and understand potential barriers or opportunities
