360º Recruitment Consultant (French Speaker)

In a multicultural context, you will develop your professional career by building up your own clients’ portfolio. With a true sales mind, you will contribute to developing the clients of Blu Selection and be part of our key players. You will at the same time be in charge of the delivery for your clients with a focus on quality.  

Your responsibilities and impact as a 360º Recruitment Consultant will be:

Business Development (20%):
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Network and build relationships with industry professionals through events, social media, and other channels.
  • Present and pitch our recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results.
Account Management (20%):
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Provide clients with market insights and advice on recruitment strategies.
Recruitment (60%):
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to placement.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide detailed candidate profiles to clients.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate candidate database.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • Speaking a native-level of French
  • Speaking a proficient level of English
  • Having previous significant experience in sales with an active approach of a minimum 6 months
  • Being creative, adaptable, and proactive
  • Being a Team player
  • Getting excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
