WHAT’S THE PROJECT?
You will join an international company based in Barcelona that helps leading FMCG brands connect with consumers across Europe through innovative marketing campaigns.
Combining sampling, market research and influencer marketing, they design strategic, data-driven activations for major Food & Beverage brands.
You’ll take ownership of the German market, building strong partnerships and driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS?

Manage the full B2B sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and account development

Identify and approach decision-makers within FMCG companies

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with Food & Beverage brands

Develop strategic marketing proposals tailored to each client’s objectives

Upsell additional services by understanding client challenges and offering the right solutions

Manage your pipeline efficiently through CRM

Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across Europe

Contribute to strengthening the brand’s presence in the German market
OK, WHAT DO YOU NEED?
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales (full-cycle)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in account management and developing your own leads
- Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset
- Interest for the Food & Beverage industry
- Native level in German + fluent level in English
