Customer Advisor for Insurance Company (Romanian Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance company will be:

  • You will be booking of insurance meetings on behalf of Romanian insurers.
  • You'll have the first contact with potential customers where you identify their needs and put the meeting directly into the Insurer's calendar.
  • Identifying issues and provide solutions
  • Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • A native level of Romanian and an advanced level of English

  • Having an EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit (required)

What’s in it for you?

  • Full-time 6 months fixed-term contract
  • 39h/week, Monday to Sunday on rotative shifts
  • Salary: 871.40€/ gross per 14 months + 100€/month performance bonus + 100€/month complexity bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€/work day 
  • If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 1year of accommodation in shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
