Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Care will be:

  • Give guidance about home appliance machines 
  • Handle calls and emails about product problems, complaints, refunds, warranty registrations etc.
  • Use other tools such as chat and social media
  • Webshop and retailers support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment 


Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • A native level of Norwegian and a good level of English
  • Good adaptation skills & flexibility
  • Willingness to learn new tools and programs
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a quality-focused service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
