We are currently looking for French native speakers with fluent English to join a young and international team in different offices in Portugal. This is an on-site position in a customer service environment, supporting well-known international brands.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat

• Resolve customer complaints/issues in a timely and professional manner

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

• Represent the brand in a professional and service-oriented manner

• Manage phone and written interactions in a high-paced call center environment

What is offered:

• Contract duration: 1 year (with possibility of renewal)

• Salary: €1,040 - €1,240 gross/month

• Rotative schedule, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, week-end availability required

Your profile:

• Language: French native level + English level B2 at least

• Citizenship that allows you to work in EU or a valid Portuguese residence permit

• Minimum high school diploma

• Clear police record

• Service-oriented mindset
