Customer Service for Entertainment Company - WFH (French Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent  will be:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat on all their queries related to their subscription, invoicing, troubleshooting 
  • Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
  • Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English
  • You are already based in Portugal
  • You are motivated and committed to your work
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus

What’s in it for you?

  • 6 months contract 
  • Work from home position 
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 21:00 Rotational
  • Salary package: 895€ gross / month x 14 months + up to 100€ / month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday + reimbursement of some transportation cost + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
  • Start date : 15/05/24
