Customer Service for IT Company (Dutch & French Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service Agent will be:
  • Handling inbound calls and emails regarding the software programs
  • Understand queries and/or problems of the client and pass on to the right department
  • Assign clients to right queue and handle ticketing
  • Administration tasks
  • Managing office supplies
  • Maintain Inventory
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  • Native speaker in Dutch with high level of French & English OR Native speaker in French with high level of Dutch & English
  • Interest in IT & Software
  • Service minded person with strong administration skills
  • Team player with strong listening skills
  • No previous experience needed
  • Preferably already in Spain with necessary documents (NIE/SSN)
