The Role

As a Data Business Analyst, you will translate business challenges into clear, data-driven requirements to support scalable analytics and AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Product Owners to translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Data Analysis: Assess data feasibility, identify gaps, and ensure consistent KPI definitions across reports.

  • AI & Innovation: Document processes to identify automation opportunities and review emerging AI solutions.

  • Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams during handovers and testing (SIT/UAT).

  • Data Quality: Manage requirements and definitions related to data quality and governance.

What You Need

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Business Analyst, specifically within BI, Reporting, or Data Analytics projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and basic scripting such as SQL or Python.
  • Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data structures (tables, joins) and data governance.
  • Tools: Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for project delivery.
  • Communication: Professional proficiency in English is essential for leading meetings and documentation.
