Dutch and French Customer Service Advisor
Job description
A leading global provider of customer experience management and contact centre services is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Belgian market team. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch/Flemish and French
- B2 level or above of English
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
