German-speaking Customer Support Representative in iGaming - Available ASAP
Job description
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international iGaming environment in Madrid. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to German-speaking players and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international setting and who are motivated to grow within the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in German and English
Support players with account-related questions, payments, bonuses, and general platform use
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to player retention
Follow internal procedures, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines
Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when needed
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
Native or near-native German level
Good level of English for internal communication
Previous experience in customer service (iGaming experience is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Madrid
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00
Available to start as soon as possible
