We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international iGaming environment in Madrid. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to German-speaking players and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international setting and who are motivated to grow within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in German and English

• Support players with account-related questions, payments, bonuses, and general platform use

• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to player retention

• Follow internal procedures, compliance, and responsible gaming guidelines

• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when needed

• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• Native or near-native German level

• Good level of English for internal communication

• Previous experience in customer service (iGaming experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work on-site in Madrid

• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00

• Available to start as soon as possible
