Our partner is a fast-growing tech startup based in Barcelona that drives AI solutions for lead generation. 

Your responsibilities and impact as Head of People will be: 

  • driving force behind all People & Culture.

  • designing and implementing the full employee journey from attraction to retention

  • ensuring that every team member can grow, thrive, and contribute to the company’s ambitious goals.

  • building and scaling the People Strategy 

  • leading the Talent Acquisition of the company by creating a TA team and TA strategy from scratch 

  • handling the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

  • acting as a true partner to support business decisions.

  • managing payroll processes and ensure alignment with benefits, compensation structures, and legal requirements.

Your role will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with leadership to build scalable HR processes, nurture a high-performance culture, and make this company a truly inspiring place to work.

Skills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally as Head of People or People Manager in a growing organization.

  • Experience building an HR function from scratch.

  • Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven success in driving engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Team management experience

  • English professional level
