Inbound Sales Team Lead (English & Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as Inbound Sales Team Lead will be:

In the beginning, you will be expected to call and convert leads yourself and once that the market is picking up and the company needs more resources, you will be responsible for the continued growth in Spain by hiring additional people for the team. 

- Being responsible for on-boarding our first coaches, including meeting the coaches, understanding their business as well as approaching/converting leads through a tele-sales approach
- Once established in the market and gaining traction, being tasked with growing the market through recruiting, developing and motivating a team of high-performing Inbound Sales Executives 
- When the team is set, ensuring steady and planned growth by following up on targets and KPIs and taking appropriate action to remain on top of these 
- Being expected to take an active part in daily operations and support the team of Inbound Sales Executives in all aspects of their work 
- Being key in making sure there is a great collaboration between the Inbound Sales Team and the Key Account Manager team

Skills, experience, and interests you need to succeed in this role: 

- You will be amazing for this role if you are efficient in closing leads, an excellent communicator and a great mentor who leads by example
- You are fluent in Spanish and have professional proficiency in English 
- You are a proven team leader who is passionate about leading other people’s growth (a major plus is if you have people in your network you would be able to recruit for the team once the company starts to grow) 
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and finds it exciting to launch the company in Madrid and Spain
- You have experience with Account Management 
- You love building trusting relationships - both internally and externally
- You are ambitious and hungry to succeed 
- You are a great communicator both in writing and orally
- You have a passion for working in a hyper-growth health tech scale-up
