Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• A native level of Dutch, with a C1 level of English - French is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager with a track record of successful campaign management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing best practices
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
